Been getting some palpitations post training, and ended up getting a bad one during monday nights touch footy match. Have had to pull out of NOL next weekend, will hopefully have an idea on easter on Tuesday.

Putting out tapes for cyclones training at Toohey forest. Left calf pulled up sore after friday so bailed on long run. Feeling better today but need to back off the training a bit.
