Epic day of travelling felt like death by the end

Calf sore from yesterday and got sick the night before, was running slow at the start then all the tree trimmings made the decision to pull the pin early.

O intervals with the lads. Really good session, good to be back running hard in a group. Got through session well. Strained outside of calf on last one.

Sprint the Bay 5. Started well, lost 1min on the long leg through routechoice, then couldn't see 8 when i got there, lost 4mins trying to relocate even though i was 5metres away from it, race over by then.

Orienteering race 16:44 [3] 3.96 km (4:14 / km)
shoes: Brooks T6 Racers

Sprint the Bay 6. Pretty tired but hit the pace a lot harder at the start then normal. Few minor route choice problems but navigation reasonably solid and splits were more competitive, even won a few. Faded pretty bad on the last loop but the weekend has given me something to work on.
