Quick session before work. 4X 400m with 40sec recovery. Had planned to do 5 but the short recovery was killing me. Ran off the garmin which was about 5-10m longer than the road markers. Aimed for 80secs, 78,79,82,83.
Hip crap again, and legs feel like jelly now.
Last touch footy round before getting split into divisions. Didn't have any subs so recruited simon's Dad and uncle for this game. Lost 7-3 but team was better this week. First half was good, scored a try, but got scrappy in the 2nd half. Probs spent to much time on the wing though tonight, need to get in the centre more often.
