First strength session at Physio. Heaps of core and glute work using various resistance machines. Really highlighted how weak my left side is.

Had running assessment today at the physio. Apparently the video would make perfect lecture material. Running form on right side is really good, left side however is doing the wrong thing. Left hip flexor is not switching on so using my pelvis (i.e. twisting) to pull that leg forward. Obviously not helping my pelvis stay straight. Got to retrain some muscles now.
