Note

3hrs of paintball. Going on experience from last time I played paintball, this should have been a big strength session for the legs. Will find out tomorrow I guess.

Jog round uni to guyatt park and back. Feeling sore from last couple of days

Arvo riverloop with Kezza. Feeling pretty unfit on the bike, good to be out riding though.

Training with the gang at anzac park. 8x 3mins, 1min recovery. Struggled this week, hit the wall after the third, mainly on the steep uphills. Not sure on distance, need to invest in a garmin.

Uni lap - Guyatt park - home. Had last main visit to physio last friday. Pelvis straight and core is back to a reasonable level. Back muscles were main issue with everything being really tight. Just have to keep up the core work now and slowly build up running again.
