Easy jog with Will showing him the Long Pocket trail. Lower back muscles are starting to work properly again, but can feel the massive imbalance in my TA. Added a resistance band to the rehab program to get the glutes working again. Slowly getting there.

Longer run again, up Carmody Rd, Swann rd, Clarence and back via St Peters and Hawken Dr. Hip not feeling as good as on Monday, probably from playing golf yesterday
