Putting out controls for schools champs tomorrow. Not actually meant to be running over 30mins but hopefully everything holds. Feeling good in the forest since I've got a few k's under the belt in the last few weeks.
Hip feeling more retarded today so bailed. Been to the physio a few more times this week, have looked at certain core muscles on the ultrasound which show bad imbalances. Only just starting to realize how bad everything is.
