Had planned a Brookfield loop with the Cat and Stu, but Stu was a bit off colour this morning so cruised round a riverloop, then hit up 16th on Park for Breakfast. Continued on after that down to Mt Gravatt with the Cat. Did a seated rep up there (2km 150m climb?, ~6.45mins). Smashed it back on Logan rd at 40km/h, good fun.

Cyclocross 50:00 [3] 24.0 km (2:05 / km)

Half riverloop with graceville extension with the Cat. Threw in 2x 10min efforts. Cyclocross race on Saturday has been cancelled due to lack of entries which is a buggar. Hopefully my CRC order arrives tomorrow so I can get back on the beamer. Get hip scan results back next tuesday.

Cyclocross 1:10:00 [3] 35.0 km (2:00 / km)

Riverloop of Power on the Cyclocross. Hardwork from Chelmer to Yeronga in a headwind with treadly tyres. Duttonberg and L'Gate climbs also hurt on that bike as well. Was intending just an hour of power but got every light through southbank and held up by supercommuters on the bikeway so pushed past the hour to make up for the time loss.
