Road Bike 2:37:00 [3] 69.0 km (26.4 kph)
shoes: BMC SL01 Road Racer

Had planned a Brookfield loop with Firmdog but after an hour I got another flat (suprise surprise, this time an old repair failed). Headed back to Indro to get some air from Kezza then did a brutal riverloop. Normally when someone laughs about averaging between 35-40km/h you think its a joke, apparently not. Also closest I've come to an accident since the truck in 2007. Some fool decided to turn right into a side street on Sir Fred in front of me. Locked up the brakes a bit but managed to stop. Wishing now i crashed lightly into him so that i could get him to fund some new race wheels.

Ride with Helen down to Richlands and back. Legs bit tired from Wednesday but feeling pretty good otherwise.

Road Bike 27:00 [3] 12.0 km (26.7 kph)

Commute to work at Oxley. The intention was to ride back but I got a flat about 20m after leaving work. Seriously ..... FML

Note

Was meant to ride to work but got a flat on the univega, and the other two bikes were out of action due to flats and no spare tubes. FML.

Ride with Firm-dog up Nebo then down to Samford via Mt Glorious rd, North from Samford to Lake Samsonvale then cut across to Strathpine on Winn Rd and back home. Didn't expect to be out for that long but there was a lot of climbing. Managed not to crack, just legs started to struggle on the hills towards the end. Rolled home last 16km through city pretty slowly. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4293785
