Final Ultrasprint at the Tiselius's place. Reverse chasing start with 3 map changes, so first off due to my mp yesterday. Hit first 2 alright, then couldnt find the 3rd cause it was hidden really well. Did the rest of the course well but ended up punching a wrong control on the last loop. Fail.

Ultrasprint at the Tiselius' house outside Falun. Awesome race, 30 controls on a 1:400 map with 30sec start interval and butterfly loops. Ended up with an mp, read the wrong leg so skipped a control. Tough race.

Ran round most of a course on the same map as yesterday instead of doing the club training with sävedalens. Felt better running in the forest today, navigation was pretty crap in some areas though. Time includes 20mins of w/u + w/d. Saw my first wild moose whilst warming up with Laurina. Ran down the hill and across the track we were on. They're big bastards, can see how they can kill people.

Control picking at a map next to Sävedalen. Used the naturpasset controls. Pretty accurate today, only one stuff up in the circle. Time includes w/u and w/d (~40mins) to and from Fredriks place.
