Short jog round uni, then tested the achilles out on the hills, carmody rd, then back via upland terrace. Achilles pulled up good.

Was wondering why I felt a bit tired then i remembered i rode 90km yesterday. Bit sore now. Achilles felt fine during run, hopefully it wont flare up later.

Ride with Kezza out to Sandgate via Boondall. Head wind on the way out made life bit tough, but was worth it on the way back.

Another run to test out the achilles. Legs have lost a bit of running condition over the last two weeks, so lots of different muscles sore. Felt better running today, think its going to be alright, just need to sort out something with my o shoes seeing as they are what caused it to flare up in the first place.

Easy run round uni to test out the ankle and achilles. Ankle is fine, achilles felt alright but its feeling a bit tight now, but I'm going to assume thats from all the eccentric calf raises I've been doing.
