Reverse riverloop with the cat and kezza. A few sneaky attacks through west end destroyed me tonight. Saw a 1.5m python at yeronga on the road.

Mt Nebo with Kezza. Starting to feel comfortable on the hills, time up Nebo was same as usual though. Got lots of fast descending practice on the way back, love that section just after bellbird grove, makes the climb worthwhile. Luckily didnt see any wombats to crash into like some guy did last week.

Ride with Kezza to Darra and back via Coot-tha. Went out way too hard at the start of the climb and cracked at 1.5km. Time 10.04 so only 11secs from pb. Booked flights to europe today as well :)

spent the day in the rain looking at seawalls at the gold coast and how they mess up the coast. no training today

Too wet to ride, so opted for some core and leg strength work. Need to get back into this routine again.

Ride with Kezza. Riverloop plus 3 Coot-tha reps. 10.30, 10.20, 10.18. Happy with negative splits, thought i was gonna crack 10mins on the last one but the last steep pinch between 1.5km and 1.9km cracked me a bit.
