Long distance race at Kowen Forest. Started off well, hit most of the controls cleanly except a big parallel error on 16. Felt good running but faded in the last loop (couldnt get the last gel down at the spectator).

Stuffed the 2nd control due to my interpretation of the mapping and that threw me mentally for the rest of the race. Too hard to explain on here. Worst race ever.

Easter Prologue. Legs bit tight from driving the last two days. Navigation was spot on, but hit the wall physically after the spectator loop. Couldnt chase down morty and Kezza managed to put 30secs into in the last section.

Run from Macgregor to higgins to loosen the legs up after a 10hr epic drive from grafton to canberra.

ahr:158 max:180 shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9

Intervals at the grass track next to the toowong bowls club. Track was rough as which didnt make running pleasant. 4X 400m (75') (200m jog recovery), 4X 200m (35') (200m jog recovery). Legs were really tight and never really loosened up.
