QLD Sprint Champs at Kelvin Grove/QUT. Really awesome technical course with heaps of direction changes and stuff. Bit scrappy to 1 trying to get into the map. Stuffed route choice up on the way to 3 and lost more time. Tried to memorize the small loop through the school and went flat out through it. Scrappy again on 17 and 19. 2nd place 15secs behind Kezza. Good see he's back in form.

Cruisey run from Anna's new place. With the girls till Anzac park then with Rachel, through Anzac Park, over to Frosty's then along singletrack to botanic gardens and back. Being the gentleman that I am I cleared out all the spiders webs along the singletrack for Rachel.

Anzac Park Hills. Bit tired this week (20secs slower), struggled a bit on the hills on the way back after the loop but was still able to push the downhills and flats.

Cruise round St Lucia, indro and UQ. Picked up the pace after 30mins then found Brea at UQ and jogged the rest with her.
