Long run from Bridgets with Ian, Kezza and Macca. Usual loop out sth boundary, gold ck trail, boscombe rd, gap ck and back via sth boundary. Up the tempo last 6km from quail trail home with Kezza.

Morning Interval session at UQ with Kezza and Macca.
4X 1km (2min recovery). Times ended up being a lot slower and more painful then I expected but I'm putting that down to lack of running k's. Times were: 3.29 (175,182), 3.35 (177,185), 3.42(177,186), 3.39 (179,186). Quads are thoroughly destroyed now.

First night o (also first run) of the year at Runcorn. Had a black and white map cause they'd run out of colour maps but only really affected me on the first leg. Probably went out a bit hard at the start cause I was hurting early on.

Slow roll with the old man out to the end of Kholo Rd. He was feeling his lack of exercise since November and some of the hills a bit brutal so was a pretty slow pace.
