Orienteering race (Vic Long Champs) 1:50:30 [3] 15.1 km (7:19 / km) +620m 6:04 / km
shoes: JALAS Black FLX

Vic Long Champs. Runners course today as navigation was pretty straight forward. Really needed an extra gel as I hit the wall badly after 60mins and last section was a bit of a struggle. Lack of 60+ min runs in the last couple months probably didnt help either.

Orienteering race (Aus Middle Champs) 45:36 [3] 6.5 km (7:01 / km)
shoes: JALAS Black FLX

Aus Middle Champs. Technically one of the best middle distance races I have done since probably 2004. Started off slow and made sure i kept on top of the nav. Few minor stuff ups but not too bad. Physically not awesome but happy enough.

Sprintervals at St Peters with Kezza, Ian and Julia. Felt tired running, but that could have been the heat and all the stairs. Good courses

Riding to training plus easy ride back to uni and into the city. Missed time riding up coro and ended up being a smashfest back to toowong.

Recovery run to get back into it. Legs were like lead and felt pretty shagged.
