I should have stayed in bed. Besides having to start in the 60min group, it took 1hr to walk 300m to the start line. Then was stuck behind muppets for the whole 10km. Also i have never seen so much spew in a 1km stretch in my life. Should have spent some more money and gone to NSW champs instead.

Run from Bridgets with James and Kieran round Enoggera reservoir. Nice enough run but were some brutal hills along it.

Round Denmark Hill and Limestone park. Sore from last nights session so first 20min easy, then ran the last 20min hard. Felt good.
