Tweaked something in my leg yesterday so bailed on the long run. Ride with Kezza from his place round the northern section of the river loop then up Coot-tha. First time up Coot-tha, time was 11.00mins for the 2km climb. Maxed out at 70km/h on the way down.

Intervals at UQ with Anna. 6X 1km with 2min recovery. Intended to just keep them around 3.30min this week. Couldnt get the pacing right last 3. Times: 3.28, 3.27, 3.26, 3.33, 3.36, 3.39.
