Long run with the scooby gang from bridgets house, was only me and mat basically. Ran from bridgeys place up to south boundary rd, down to the boscombe rd track, boscombe rd, gap creek, quail trail, three sisters (now three mingers), summit lookout, down chapel hill track, bielby rd, gap ck and back to bridgets someway from there. Got destroyed by mat up each hill, didnt use to be that way.

Midweek cruise at Parkinson reserve. Ran without a compass because i forgot to bring it. Stuffed up 3, 9 and getting back to the finish cause they were legs where i needed a compass badly. Still coughing but i think its starting to clear up.

Started the hills session i had planned for yesterday but after 10mins started going into coughing fits after each hill so bailed. I think this chest thing is starting to clear up slowly. Twas a nippy 32ÂșC.

End of my rest week. Killer calf strengthening sess on friday ended up in me struggling to walk yesterday. Still similar this morning but not as bad but was still struggling to run cause of how tight the calves were. Still got chest infection thing though so coughing up a fair bit of crap during run.
