Orienteering race (QLD Middle Champs) 44:11 [3] 5.0 km (8:50 / km) +200m 7:22 / km
shoes: Jalas Jukola FLX

Another badly set QLD champs slogfest. Started off with some long sorta route choice legs, then the short technical legs were just a slog through lantana and steep. Ended up not running fast through the last half due to lack of motivation from the terrain being shit. Hopefully maryborough will be good.

Hills loop round Denmark hill. Think i've done this 30secs quicker than pb for it so not bad. Still created a lot of pain for me though

Warm down on the windtrainer as the magpie was at large. Didnt want to risk getting attacked again
