Not feeling too bad but think i should have a rest day. Going to hong kong for 2 days tomorrow.

Ran to the liseberg tram stop, then caught the tram to skatås. Then did 5X 1km reps with resting recovery on the 10km circuit. Jogged the rest of the circuit back and ran home from there. Didnt have watch so not sure how long each recovery was/ how long each rep was. Felt good considering yesterdays long run.

Went straight out from the accommodation behind Liseberg and through some back streets into the forest which joins up with skatås. Ran aimlessly for a while hoping to end up at the main complex in skatås. Found a golf course and some horse stables before i decided to take some animal tracks. Eventually found the clubhouses, then ran up to gertryggen, along the goats back, to the lake then ran back on animal tracks to the clubhouses, then back home via the main roads. Longest run i've done in a while.

Burn round the stadium and another cool swedish park in Malmö. Felt better than i thought i would.

Note

i think that this months training can be called a complete rightoff. Will be home in a week though so will have to get back into it solidly then. I'm not hard enough to handle crashing euro uni parties and training the next day.
