Orienteering race (NOL Long) 1:14:30 [4] 8.9 km (8:22 / km) +360m 6:58 / km

Long distance at Mt Pearson. Knee was feeling better this morning so ran down in juniors. Besides the first bingo control navigation was good. Cruised round course comfortably, except for downhills cause of me knee.

Middle distance NOL at Littlechild. Ran strongly, navigated crap probably due to lack of practice since easter.

Running to and from pittwater dunes map. knee held up ok on sand.

Training at Pittwater with nicko, brea and bridgey. Put out some controls then did 1 and a half courses.
