Decided to take some harden up and still run red 1. Main aim today, besides making sure leg survives, was to get everything flowing smoothly, i.e. control flow, running without stopping to read the map etc. Leg held up alright but was cruising for most of it. Got leg checked out today, looks like an overuse injury of my left adductor. Just need to rest up and stretch it so hopefully will be sweet for easter. Kinda ironic i got an overuse injury and in the OA mag theres an article of overtraining with a picture of me next too it.
