Was captain spastic on the bike today. Kept stacking easy it on heaps of stuff. Ate shit on the rock garden on brownwyns, and bailed on the berm cause it was wet. Could corner fine just couldnt do anything else.

Attempt at a long run like last thursday. Legs were tight from last night but was moving alright for the majority of it. Hills were biggest enemies again but slowly getting better. Legs bit tight tonight but pace was more steady tonight. Stuffed up route choice at start so had to get extra one at end. Lorenzo and Nino decided to show up so got slaughtered by 5mins. Still not happy with km/rate, need to be faster.

10X 1min hill sprints up Quarry St. Legs were lacking power but managed to put a good session together. 2mins recovery between each( 1min to jog back down, then 1min rest) Got attacked by a crow everytime i got to the top.
