Orienteering race 56:45 [3] *** 5.0 km (11:21 / km) +300m 8:44 / km
spiked:12/13c shoes: Puma Esito III

Crappy event at crappy one mile creek. Started off alright and was catching mark nemeth up by the third control. After that started to get tired and lost interest in the course from all the shithouse terrain and started walking big chunks, mainly uphill. Stuffed up the last control cause i couldnt see the gully even though i was about 20m away from it. I've probably said many times how if they burnt that place it would probably be half decent...... man i was wrong. Didnt make a fucking bit of difference that half the map was burnt. Also managed to get compass chafe on my thumb. So that either makes me really hardcore or a retard.

Core and Strengthening 30:00 [3]

Did the exercises molly normally does for his parkour/free-running training. Mainly involved push ups, crunches etc so mainly upper body stuff. Arms were already sore from yesterdays weights session so they're rooted now.

Usual gym session. Almost over the virus/flu thing i had earlier in the week. Just coughing up stuff now. Should be right to run again next week or maybe this weekend if i'm keen.
