Saw the physio today. Turns out its only a muscle/nerve thingy in my glute that is playing up so all i need to do is stretch it which is good. Was at schools champs all day watching simee and krystal carve up.

Was meant to be a decent session but leg muscles were playing up again so pulled out. did 4X 400m with 80 sec recovery. Times for 400m were 83, 82, 85, 86
