Intervals. Heartrate didnt break 183 till the 4th hard interval. Went absolutely flat out in the last hard one in the last 20secs and managed to get heartrate up pretty high. Recovered pretty quickly after it though so i think thats a good sign.
Tried some aqua aerobics at the pool with mum. Was meant to be a multi level fitness class but didnt find it too hard. I think it mainly helped the damaged muscles in my leg which is good.
