Did interval session on wind trainer. 3min easy, 3min(80%), 2min easy, 1min hard, 2min easy, 1min hard, 2min easy, 3min(80%), cruised for another 6min, 40secs hard. Right leg not as sore today when walking
Pushed it harder today seeing as my leg can cope with it. Kept the pace up for the first 10mins(hr 170-175) then eased off in the last 5 so as not to over do it. Right groin muscle is sore now. Havent used crutches at all today.
Easy ride on the windtrainer. Muscles at top of right leg still a bit rooted but getting better. Bit stiff trying to walk today but hardly used crutches. Took forever to get heartrate going because of the pace i was doing. Went a bit harder in the last 5mins to test out how much my leg could take.
