Training Log Archive: Olly

Went to orthopaedic surgeon today to get some more xrays. Looks like everything is healing properly and i'm now allowed to do swimming. Will have to use neighbours pool cause my current mobility wont allow me to get into the big 50m one in town. He said i should be running in another 6 weeks which gives me a month and half before the jwoc trials to get some fitness back.
