Cyclones park o. Right achilles is sore for some reason but ran anyway. Never was in the mood and couldn't see were a couple of controls were. Somehow managed to win but technically Kieran won and probably would have annihilated me again if he had a proper map.

Wanted to do a long terrain run so went to toohey forest with laurina and kieran. Used the map from the mini rogaine and did all the controls on the west side of the freeway. Felt pretty good running. Unfortunately there is a shitload of tracks and the terrain is pretty thick so did a lot of track running but tried to run in the terrain where i could.

Fixed up my road bike today cause it doesn't look like i'm gonna get my new one for a while. Did the 20km hills loop thingy round the switch. First ride in about a month so i was slow up the hills. Easy run after bike ride caues i felt i hadn;'t done enough today. Legs were pretty sore but the run felt pretty easy.

Night O in Brissy. Lost time at start due to my lack of vision at the moment but was running pretty well. Kieran eventually chased me down after about 3km and then managed to put another 2mins into me. Couldnt see a friggin thing at 13.
