Didnt feel as bad today, was feeling pretty good actually except for working 9hrs. But there is a hell of a lot of crap in my chest which might be bad.

Felt like crap this morning, heaps of crap in my throat/chest region. Worked 8 till 5, not feeling as bad now but still pretty crap. Nice work on the OP bridgey ;)

Farking shit way to end the series. Running was fine can't complain there, i was smashing them hills in half. The problem was route choice as i chose a really bad route which ended my chances of winning. Not happy cause i got beaten by two randoms and was about 8th. 5km cyclones time trial at UQ track. Thought it'd be worse then it was especially after running yesterday. Led for the first km with kieran then he pulled away with ian. Pretty much went into cruise mood and ran with simon the whole way but he burnt me in the last 200m. Reckon i could do under 20 easily. Happy enough with time.

Clives training at Gap Ck. Did the 11km loop with gary, started off with kieran and ian but they werent feeling too good. Chest bit tight from cold but not too bad. Lacking a bit of hill speed in the first part but did the last 5km pretty well. Did a hill sprint and some sit ups afterwards. Dont think the climb i got is right.
