Still got a sore throat and feel a bit grotty when i first wake up in the morning. Got a slight cough but i guess i'm just gonna have to tough it out and do the time trial on tuesday.

Last mid week event for the year. Was a 60min score/scatter thing. Was really sore from last night so was just cruising but at a decent pace. But there was a control in someones yard (WTF??!) which confused me and one of the controls was in the wrong spot which i couldn't find after looking for it for about 10mins. Coulda probably got another 2-3 controls but couldnt be stuffed.

Moutain Biking 12:00 [1] 4.1 km (2:56 / km)

Dont think this is really worth logging but rode from the train station to the event.

Legs sore from yesterday so went on a slow run to try and loosen them up. Did some stretching and other reps.

Street O at Seven Hills. Started out alright and was leading lorenzo for the first 2.5km. After that we entered a bush section and i was running all over the place and lost a fair bit on him there. Could still see him for ages but then took a stupid route choice and lost more ground on him. Got me by about 1.30min. Did the hills course round denmark hill, felt extremely comfortable again for the whole run. Started to tighten up a bit after the last hill and was a bit slow coming home but still felt really good.http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=573937

was gonna go out and do around a 10km run but got called into work. so ended up putting away doors and timber and stuff so i guess it doubled as a weights session but not sure how to log it
