Riverloop plus chelmer extension with Kez. The usual middle aged muppets out on their Sunday morning riverloop. i.e. drafting off you for 20mins then flying past you on hills, or descending a hill next to you on the outside then cutting you off as they try to hit the apex of the corner.

Morning riverloop with Will. Nice and cruisey, both calves are sore from running in vibrams last night

Quick jog along the river in the vibrams. Felt heaps better today, ran a sub 5min/ km! Came back via the hill next to the AIBN which i died on but definitely feeling better

Morning riverloop with simon. Spent most of the time in Simon's slipstream on the flats as he was consistently in the highest gear possible, plus I can hide in his slipstream a lot easier than with Matt or Kez. Only side swiped once today up highgate, plus a uni student walked out on the ring rd without checking and Simon ended up dropping his shoulder into her to avoid crashing into the oncoming car.

Out to Gold Ck reservoir and back again with Kez. Heart playing up again this morning, couldnt get it up over 140bpm on the first extended climb.

Early morning riverloop with Kez and Matt (last half). Pulled up well after yesterday arvo, PM seems to be working better. Got the heart rate over 180 a few times on the flat which resulted in me cracking a bit.

Reverse halfie to test out some changes on the PM software. Heart rate didnt drop out at all so could actually ride up longer climbs today. Hopefully pull up fine for tomorrow mornings ride.

Ride with Kez to Jindalee - Oxley then back onto the riverloop. HR dropping out on hills again, took about an hour to start feeling comfortable, beers last night probably didnt help.
