Night O at Pegg's Lookout. First bush night O i've done in QLD. Had one nav stuff up at 2 (~1min lost) then two stupid screw ups. Started running 10-11 instead of 9-10 but managed to save it. Then I did a 180 out of 12 and ended back up near 11 so another 1.30min - 2min lost here. Was feeling reasonably good physically tonight.

Collecting controls that some useless organisers had left out on the Aus champs model map. Also found a stand they didnt tell us about which was left from the Aus middle champs. Then watched everyone do the star relay I set.

3X loops consisting of control circles with lots of controls in them. Meant to make you read the fine detail in the circle and know what your running for instead of running in circles looking for a flag. ITB sore afterwards

Early morning ride at Daisy hill with Macca, Simon, Jamie and Kelsey. Spent most of the time trying to keep pace with Jamie but that wasnt happening. Rode Choc Budda, Koala, Nirvana, Turning Japanese and some track i dont know the name of.

Was not feeling great at all during this run. Warmed up for 15mins, then did 6X 50-60sec hill sprints with jog recovery. Then easy jog back home

MTB with Macca at Gap Ck. Got flats in both tyres so called it quits after an hour. Was cornering like a pro today. Knee was fine which is good.

Sat morning run from Clare's with Macca and Caine. Pushed had first 23mins up the Mt. Knee tightened up after 40ish so walked the last 2km back. Noticed my ITB is clicking over something in my knee.

Oceania Middle. Got the first 6 well then stuffed 7 (dont think many people knew what was going on there) then kept losing time in the circle hence the shit result. ITB held up ok today.

Stuffed the first, hit the next 5 cleanly then screwed 7 even though i was headed straight for it. The rest fell apart after that.

Oceania Sprint. Felt good physically but nav was really scrappy and lost heaps of time in the circle.
