JWOC Sprint. Bit disappointed with this. Nailed everything was just lacking speed/power. Think it was from the shit food i had for breakfast, some really bland plastic tasting corn flakes. Damn military camp.

Jukola leg 4. Wasnt feeling to crash hot with the early start. 3.15am but managed to put a solid race together. Lost time at one from poor compass work, nailed the rest except for the 2nd last cause of poor compass work again. Team finished 231 out of 1435. The 2nd mass start was awesome to watch, about 2000+ people fanging it down a hill to the start. No one got owned in it though unlike the first mass start. awesome race

Also knee is handling terrain well cause its a shitload softer than aus. Definitely will be good for JWOC. Also I found Jukka and Linnea

With aislinn and nick round the parks. Was longer than intended cause we sorta got lost. Landed heavy on knee earlier in the day so was a bit tender but its survived the run so must be alright

Sampled some minipussi today.

Note

Currently in Helsinki with Nicko and Aislinn. Had a look at the city already and its pretty sweet. Best thing we've seen so far is a packet of chips flavoured/ or maybe named "megapussi"

Saw the doc again today and he said i can start training again. Shit yeah. Showed me the holiday snaps from my knee and told me to take glucosamine to help strenghten the cartilage again. So definitely gonna be sweet for jwoc now.

Tested the knee out on the bike. Felt pretty good, no pain or anything. Did a couple of short sprints as well.
