Testing knee again. Felt tight at the front of the knee cap today instead of the side. Then the whole thing started feeling weird. Iced it as soon as i got home and it hasnt seized up yet but its a bit sore. So its getting better but still got a fair bit to go.

Went for a burn round the switch to test out the knee. Held up pretty well, so looks like i can at least cycle. Shall see whether i can run again friday.

went to doctor today. Got the same answer, inflammation under the patella. On a 10 day course of hard core anti inflammatorys. Hopefully that should sought it out. Otherwise i got an appointment next wednesday and if it aint fixed by then i shall be getting a quaterzone injection. So should be sweet for tassie luckily

Strapped knee before i left but it was causing it to hurt without doing anything so ditched that idea. Went for a cruise anyway and came back as soon as knee started niggling. Bit sore now but hitting the anti inflammatorys again. Might have to bail on this weekend.

Been hitting up the anti inflammatory tablets and they seem to be working. Normally wouldnt be able to walk normally after what i did on the weekend but i got full movement now.

Tested out the knee again at toohey forest today. Felt ok for the first 20mins then got a bit tight after that. Is sore now but nothing like it was last week. Got beaten by kurt by 1min or something.

Run round the park again to test knee. Felt a bit tight after 10mins so took it easy. Isnt sore now but will find out tomorrow morning whether its better or not.
