Lap of uni with Kez. Felt more like a tempo run for my current fitness level. Garmin says we were cruising ~4:40min/k for most of it. Was talking (or at least trying) for most of it so guess thats a good sign. Gradual climb back home wrecked me though.

Medium course at night nav. Brutal start, dog leg, then straight up a steep climb. Dead after that, got caught by CBL, then got the better of her on a route choice. Struggle to the finish after.
