Upper Body (Walking with Crutches) 10:00 [2] 0.7 km (14:17 / km)

This classifies as training according to me. 300m from carpark to event, 300m back. Good workout.

Went to orthopaedic surgeon today to get some more xrays. Looks like everything is healing properly and i'm now allowed to do swimming. Will have to use neighbours pool cause my current mobility wont allow me to get into the big 50m one in town. He said i should be running in another 6 weeks which gives me a month and half before the jwoc trials to get some fitness back.

Road Bike (Near death experience) 1:30:00 [3] 35.3 km (23.5 kph)
(injured) shoes: Ascent Creations

Righto here is the story. Slept through my alarm so missed the event in brisbane. So went for a ride instead. 6km from home i hear this semi coming up behind me pretty quickly so i move over to the side of the road and keep going. As the semi passes me i hit some potholes but dont get thrown off direction or anything. Next thing the semis back carriage has swung across and collected me sending me flying out of my bike which i was clipped into. Bike goes under truck and i land on my right hip in the middle of the left lane. Realised whats happened as the pain hits me(i.e. lot of screaming) and here another semi coming up behind. Start waving my arm in the air to make sure he stops(he thought i was a piece of rubbish on the Lay there waiting for an ambulance for around 20mins waiting for an ambulance in the hot sun with ants eating me. Ended up with 3 fractures in my pelvis( 2 in my pubic ramus and one in my sacrum.) and one in my vertebrate (L5- on the little bone thats on the side) So now i have at least 6 weeks of rest before i can do anything.
