Got most of the way to the first control then my right ankle decided it would start hurting after being fine in the warmup. Must have done some more damage to it after rolling it in the sprint. Tried to run through it but pain didnt ease so had to bail. Pretty disappointed bout that.
I think this is the most beat up my body has been after Easter races although it is all confined to my right leg. Have now got an injured ankle, achilles (tendonitus maybe), and severely bruised shin. Back on the bike this week.
