orienteering 1:31:30 [3]

What a terrible run. just didnt do any of my goals which were to keep contact, find attackpoints and speed.
Was feeling off this morning at the event. I was ok in the morning but i got heart palpitations walking to the event arena. Started to feel real tired, picked up a little bit again so went to the start and had heart palpitations again. Worried but went off on my course. Didnt have them while running but felt really flat when i got back.
Really disappointed with myself today, I am psychically fitter but my nav let me down.

orienteering 36:34 [3]

Had a real focused plan today. My mind was totally with it. Goals were to read my map at the start triangle, attackpoints and flow. I did this for every single control and never lost contract with my map. Legs might have let me down a bit but I am really happy. Also didnt see a soul on my course which was a bit lonely

Event: Easter 2013

orienteering 19:25 [3]

Stuffed up this one. Just overshot the first 2 controls badly and then ran out of two in the wrong direction. At there I stopped and thought I need to orienteering better so I am very happy I recovered after that and even go a few good splits. Too bad about the beginning though. I will try to focus at the start better tomorrow.
