ok qld day 2,
in theory this was one of the owrst runs ever, not only couldnt i run yet again after the 4th conrtol, ive never done a 8.6km course before annnnd i had people with me the whole way that mentally struck me out.
i just didnt ignore and kept thinking about how to pass them and how good my route choices will eb compared to them and in the end i made horrible ones ccause i totally wasnt concentrating from the word go. i went through my race plan at the beggining but as soon as i saw steph half way through the first leg i was gooooone. as soon as they ran away from me i got better but then i caught up to them agian and i did dumb things again. also bearings out of the contorl were off cause i rushed too fast out of the control. 7 - 8 i though i had passed the two gully creeks and instead i passed the major creek, dont ask... got to specatator control and had a panic attack and couldnt breath so i stopped for a breather, some guy helped me so thankyou to him, and ummmmm the second loop was fine. now i have to do 90min runs
