Prep for half marathon next week. Ran the course. It's tenish miles because loops and stuff. I faith it will be long enough next week. Felt alright but it was more of a trail run then I was expecting so will probably end up running slower then I first thought I would.

For those wondering about these random 1 mileish runs I've been doing, they are to help a friend. You see I promised a friend that I'd help him run more so we made a pack to do about a mile everyday. The miles them selves aren't that hard being slower and only a mile but what is really annoying is the amount of extra cloths and socks I am going through.
