Misc. running around.

Orienteering 37:36 [3] 4.77 mi (7:53 / mi)

Worked about 55 hours this week, so an improvement from last week. Just enough free time to squeeze in the Cheery Creek O. Red course, 7.2 km straight-line. Ran well. Physically felt pretty fast, particularly for this time of year. O'ed well, though the course was fairly un-challenging, but the area, and the number of times I've been there, certainly helps to make it pretty easy. Only one small goof at 13, went to the wrong re-enterant, but quickly recovered, according to GPS, lost 30 sec. Super fun overall.

At Greeley West. Another 1/4 mile square park, so difficult even to get in a 30 min run.

Finished W4x5, 2-7 lbs.

warmupcooldown. Had to cut the cool down short because of the stomach issues.

Trail Run 27:00 [4] 4.6 mi (5:52 / mi)

Running club, a tough 3x7min workout, with only 1min rest between. GPS paces were 6:00, 5:52, 5:50. So a good workout. Ground mile times were 6:14, 6:04, 5:5?.

I worked 60 hours last week, which makes training difficult. Out Reservoir to end, back to 28th, two laps around Sandborn, then back. Actually a pretty good loop.
