running club. 6, 3, 6x50 sec, 6, 3 min. Windy and didn't feel quite a strong as last week, likely due to a bit more erratic training than I would have liked over the past week. 5:35, 5:29 splits on the 6s, ~5:12 pace on the 3s. The 50 sec were just pickups, more of level 3 but who's counting?
