Was pretty rusty to begin with - didn't get a feel for distance and direction on 2 & 3. Started getting a bit of flow after 5. Got to where 14 should have been, looked right & there it was with Paul's buff! (no kite). Went straight to 16, before realising I hadn't seen 15 - problem with master maps - red pen doesn't always show up well. Screwed up 18. Could see the significant trees from the distance, but when I got closer I couldn't see them - had to relocate. Went straight to 24, luckily was checking control numbers. Physically I didn't feel too bad, but was definitely rusty with the nav.

Really struggled with sinus today. Felt terrible the whole day. Chest feels sore. Not enough sleep this week. Hopefully will be OK for tomorrow. Had to skip the planned cycle :-(
