1st day of 2 running against some swiss and fin's out in SA to train during their winter. I took it easy and used it as a training session for fitness as much as orienteering. I took plenty slow, longer route choices, mainly to avoid the thick under growth all over the map. Did not run with a watch so I was surprised at my time being so long. I was faster at sa champs despite illness and plenty mistakes then, but i did not push here.
