Longer run with Rachel. Thought I should stop and walk back after 15 minutes but we kept stopping for drinks so I restarted my counter. Should have stopped earlier as the last 20 minutes was getting very painful.

Went for a bit of a jog around the ovals with a few smaller loops near the tennis courts to watch Nicholas having a lesson with Matt. Felt quite good at the start but started to hurt after a couple of minutes.
