shoes: Adizero Boston

Easy long loop. Pretty stiff and sore early on but feeling ok by the end.

Walked down to the train park with Liam to watch Phil run through in the Kep Ultra 100k. He came through just before 6pm so about 11 hours for 88km at that stage. He said he was feeling good and had decided to keep feeling good until the finish.

Rehab to Little Possums, Martin Rd, railway trail to powerline and back through the gauntlet. Felt good. Started to tighten up a bit in the last 10 minutes but still felt strong.
