Team fundraiser forest sprint at Valley Forge, Fatlands. Set by Wyatt. I blew #1 - lost maybe 1:45. Control was right behind me. Need to turn around more.

Splashed around in the ocean for a while. Would call this training, but mostly I just got smashed into the beach by the waves and drank lots of seawater....through my nose.
