Long training run with Brad on the NCRR trail. There is a marathon on this trail in 2 weeks. I still haven't signed up. I think I might. My Boston qual time is 3:10. After today I think that is a very ambitious goal, although this extemely flat route is about the best chance I'll ever get.

Shoveling dirt, swinging a pulaski and helping Brad heave railroad ties around on his new barn foundation. Those bastards are HEAVY. I can't even lift one end with the other on the ground. Definately need to wotk abs and upper body before ski season.
